HandsOn Projects
To introduce people to volunteerism or just simply to provide a one-time service experience to a group of volunteers, HandsOn Mid-Willamette Valley coordinates regular done-in-a-day HandsOn Projects across Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties. You can get plugged into already planned volunteer projects, request a customized group project, or even attended a Volunteer Leader Training to plan your own volunteer projects.
Volunteering as a group is a great experience for all types of groups – families, students, co-workers, community leaders, or friends. To request a one-day, service project experience customized to the needs of your group, please email (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
There is no cost involved, only a request for your commitment. Once you request a project, we ask that your group follows through on completing the project, as a lot of time is spent in organizing the experience – both from HandsOn staff organizing the event and from the Partner Agency staff that your group will be working with to organize the project itself.
To see HandsOn Projects that are already scheduled, please login to your volunteer profile and search for one-time opportunities.
