This training provides an overview of partnering with HandsOn for HandsOn Projects. Our Center has developed a focus on managing and offering volunteer projects for volunteer groups and individual volunteers both in connection with national days of service and as part of our regular offering of service opportunities.
This training will cover the following:
- the short-term and long-term value to your organization for being involved in the projects HandsOn is managing
- how to plan and prepare for these projects
- what you can expect from HandsOn in terms of support
- what HandsOn expects of your organization when partnering to offer a managed volunteer project.
- coverage of our new contracts for partnering to offer managed volunteer projects.
